Here are selected miscellaneous illustrations. Most of these were created by analog means: pencils, pens, brush, marker, and ink and scanned into the computer for digital post-production.
The process for producing these illustrations are similar to that of producing design work.
I read the story and discuss in detail with the writer and work on sketches that best convey the overall idea of the written piece. I work with the writers or art directors to refine the ideas then commit to producing the final artwork.
